As a result of a patented and unique technology in the market, boilers have a burner optimized for the combustion of agricultural by-products (olive oil, almond shell, hazelnut, walnut, etc), as well as conventional biomass (pellet and kindling), with a humidity degree up to 11%. Boilers comply with the strictest emission limits established by the European Union and class V according to UNE-EN 303-5: 2013, thanks to its high performance and almost complete combustion, producing a minimum of ashes.

Dehydrator of waste and by-products

A new technology with multiple applications; a possible innovative solution to the problem of waste and by-products with a high degree of humidity.
Innovative technology in the prototype phase that allows to separate the solid and liquid phase from waterworks sludge and waste and by-products with high humidity content, applying temperatures lower than 90ºC and high pressure regimes. The treatment is sustainable because this conditions allow system operation by applying renewable energies. Depending on the quality of the entry product, the outgoing product can be used as fuel or fertilizer, with or without secondary treatment.

The process is scalable and adaptable to the needs after performing the relevant tests and adjustments.

There are several advantatges: reduction of the economic and environmental costs of treatment, waste volume reduction and, depending on the quality of the outgoing product, it is possible it is possible to apply energy valorization or incorporate it into a new agricultural or industrial production process.
